Delivery Policy

All our orders are delivered 7 days a week except on public holidays.

All our items are in Sydney. If in stock the order will be delivered within 2 to 5 days depending upon the location (For greater Sydney only).

New Castle & Central Coast area (every 4 weeks), Canberra every 4 to 6 weeks, Melbourne 6 to 8 weeks. Please contact us before placing an order. The cost of shipping items depends on the destination postcode.

For some heavy products, there will be an extra delivery charge.

If you provide an incorrect address and the product is already shipped then you will be responsible for any extra charge associated with the incorrect address.

If there’s a change of mind and want to return the item after receiving it, please note we will deduct any shipping cost plus 15% restocking fee.
